Conditions of use
Introduction:
The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement. Below you will find the meanings and definitions of the main phrases used in this agreement:
1- (Store) This term means (DecantJo Store) and this definition includes all forms of (DecantJo Store) on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the Internet, or a shop.
2- (User) means by this term every consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
3- (Agreement) This term means the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.
User eligibility:
1- The user acknowledges that he has a legal capacity considered according to Sharia and system to deal with the store, and that he is at least eighteen years old.
2- The user agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation in front of others.
Account Privacy and Registration Obligations:
Once you apply to join the store membership as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to use when accessing the store services. By doing so, you agree to:
1- To be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password confidentiality, and by that you agree to inform the store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2- The store will not, in any way, be responsible for any loss that may be incurred by you, directly or indirectly, morally or financially, as a result of revealing the user name or login password information.
3- You are obligated to use your account or membership with the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this is a presumption that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and for your account.
4- You are committed when using the store's services to use them with all seriousness and credibility.
5- You are obligated to disclose true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the store and you are obligated to update your data in changing it in reality or in case of need.
6- The store is committed to dealing with your personal information and contact addresses in strict confidentiality.
7- If it appears to the store that you disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, not current, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of what was stated in the usage agreement, then the store has the right to suspend, freeze or cancel your membership and account on the platform, without causing damages With the store's other rights and its legitimate means to recover its rights and protect the rest of the users.
8- In the event that you do not comply with any of the above, the store management has the right to stop or cancel your store or membership, or block you from accessing the store services again.
E-communications and official means of communication:
1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication takes place via e-mail or the mobile number registered on the platform.
2- The user agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data and other communications that are provided electronically take the place of their written counterparts, which is a stand-alone argument, in meeting the legal and legitimate needs.
3- The user agrees to be able to communicate with him and inform him of any provisions related to this agreement or dealing with him through the store management broadcasting general messages received to all users or to specific users of the store.
Payment information and fees in the store:
1- The store provides the payment service upon receipt.
2- The store is obligated to determine the price of the service or product that it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.
3- The store is obligated to give the user an invoice for his purchase of a service or product.
Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees Agreement:
1- The store may notify you of any amendment to this agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this agreement, according to which your obligations are doubled or your rights are diminished according to any amendments that may be made to this agreement.
2- In the event of an objection to any amendment to the usage agreement, please do not use the store’s services, as your mere access to your account or your use of the store is considered your acceptance of the amendments and complete and complete approval of ignorance, and the store accepts discussion in any proposal regarding these provisions.
3- All fees are calculated in Jordanian dinars, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by the store, provided that payment is made by the approved, specified means available through the store.
4- The store may impose fees on some users, depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or what the state imposes in terms of fees or taxes on the nature of the product or service.
5- The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and conditions of the usage agreement, for any of the users, whatever the reason for their registration.
Store responsibility:
1- The store is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2- The store does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, or accidentally, or by the user or by a third party such as shipping companies.
3- The store, its employees, owners and their representatives are committed to ensuring that (the product or service) is sound and legitimate.
Confidentiality of the information:
1- The store takes measures (tangible, organizational and technical) to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to users' personal information, and save it.
2- You acknowledge as a user that the World Wide Web is not a completely secure way, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be guaranteed 100% through the store.
3- The store has no control over the actions of any third party, or third parties, such as other web pages linked by links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
4- You know and agree that the store may use your information that you provided to it, with the aim of providing services to you in the store and to send marketing messages to you, and that privacy in the store governs the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identification information, and the rules of confidentiality of information are subject to the privacy policy and confidentiality of information of the store .
Restriction of access or membership:
The store can suspend or cancel the user's membership or restrict the user's access to the platform's services at any time and without notice and for any reason, and without limitation.
Replacement policy:
It is not possible to exchange according to the nature of the product and the service provided, as the store’s products are prepared according to the consumer’s request and according to the specifications he determines.
Return policy:

General Provisions:
In the event that any incoming material or clause in this usage agreement is canceled or there is any incoming material or any clause in the usage agreement that is no longer enforceable, such an order does not revoke the validity of the rest of the articles, terms and provisions contained in the usage agreement and it remains in effect until notice Another from store management.
This usage agreement - which may be amended from time to time as necessary - constitutes the usage agreement, work mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between the store and the user, and both parties to this agreement agree to take into account the following:
1- All prices offered on the store’s services or products may be modified from time to time.
2- The promotional or marketing offers that the store may place are temporary offers, as the store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
3- The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the legal rules, regulations, and applicable laws related to the nature of the interaction between the store and the user.
4- This usage agreement is only canceled by a decision issued by the store management.
